Together Joe and Heidi have traveled to over twenty countries on three continents. They have served as pastors in the USA and as missionaries in Canada, Honduras, Germany and Austria. In 1990 they received appointment as Missionaries to Germany where they served for eleven years. In Germany, they planted two churches as well as taught in a Discipleship school for the national German Church. They were also engaged in many evangelistic outreaches and sat on the board of several ministry organizations, one of which was Students for Christ, the European version of Chi Alpha.
In 2000 they transitioned from Germany to Austria where they served as Missionaries to the students at the University of Vienna. They also had the oversight of the pioneering of college student/young adult ministries in Graz and Linz, Austria.
In 2007 Joe and Heidi transitioned to U.S. Missions/Chi Alpha. Joseph has a Master of Arts in Social Science/Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University. Most recently he has authored “Adopt-A-Campus: The Book” and “Fig Leaf Shorts: Understanding Adam and Eve’s Wardrobe Fiasco”.
Heidi completed her training and received certification as a Life/Leadership Coach in 2013. She also holds a Master of Arts in Ministerial Studies from Global University.
Joe and Heidi have been married since 1985 and are the proud parents of two wonderful adult daughters.
